When we, Angelie and Henk, bought our B&B Casa de la Piña in 2017, we already knew the swimming pool would need some serious maintenance at some point.
But the big question was: who could we trust with it?
So, at first, we started doing things ourselves. It was a concrete pool that needed a fresh coat of paint every three years… something that gradually became more and more frustrating.
By 2025, we had reached the point where we wanted to finally do it properly.
Over the years we had become wiser, but the same question remained: who should we choose?
Should we go for a liner? Tiles? Large tiles or small ones?
We requested several quotations and quickly realised that renovating a pool would be quite a significant investment.
